1. Enrollment
By enrolling in any course, you agree to these Terms. Enrollment capacity may be limited to preserve mentor attention.
2. Acceptable Use
You will not misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or share restricted materials publicly. Respect fellow learners and mentors.
3. Payments and Taxes
Fees are due prior to course start unless otherwise agreed. Taxes and processing fees may apply based on your jurisdiction.
4. Refunds
Full refunds are available before a cohort starts. After kickoff, refunds are prorated based on delivered sessions. Certain digital materials may be non-refundable as permitted by law.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, recordings, and materials are owned by AltaBridge Cloud Atelier and licensed to participants for personal learning only.
6. Disclaimers
We provide training and guidance but do not guarantee certification outcomes or employment. Examples and estimates are illustrative only.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees you paid for the applicable course.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal or operational changes. We will post the revised Terms with an updated effective date at altabridge.bond.
